JOB DESCRIPTION

The Bornean Orangutan Survival (BOS) Foundation is a non-profit organisation focused on the conservation of Bornean orangutans and their habitat, in collaboration with local communities.

Currently, the BOS Foundation is caring for approximately 400 orangutans at the Nyaru Menteng Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre in Central Kalimantan and Samboja Lestari Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre in East Kalimantan, with the goal of releasing all eligible individuals back into the forest.

BOS Foundation is seeking a qualified veterinarian with the following criteria:

1. Indonesian citizen
2. Healthy
3. Veterinary Diploma
4. An adventurous spirit, interest in the world of conservation, and high concern for animals
5. Proactive in addressing challenges, strong-willed, and driven toward progress
6. Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan or Central Kalimantan
7. Can work as soon as possible
